Jeffrey A. Flairty Joins CABE Associates, Inc. as Director of Business Development

Dover, DE (January 5, 2007) – Jeffrey A. Flairty has joined CABE Associates, Inc. as Director of Business Development in CABE’s Dover, Delaware office. Mr. Flairty will be responsible for implementation of the firm’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and provide technical and management oversight on environmental risk management projects worldwide. CABE, a leading civil and environmental engineering firm founded in 1976, has offices in Dover, DE and Gainesville, GA.

Mr. Flairty has 22 years of managing environmental risk for both private and public sector clients by integrating innovative technical solutions within client’s business requirements. His expertise is in complex, high-profile environmental and land development projects.

 Mr. Flairty has managed due diligence services for properties totaling over $2.5 billion in corporate assets focusing on land use transitions from Brownfield to Greenfield as well as residential and commercial development. He also specializes in assisting municipalities in recovering abandoned and contaminated community resources utilizing alternative funding and risk-based closure mechanisms.
